Fast track to become a professional
Ramirent offers you a possibility to a fast career track that aims to speed up young potentials development, preparing you for a future career in an international environment. The program is a cross functional cooperation to let you exchange experience and learnings that will provide you with a network and a large knowledge about Ramirent.
During the Trainee Program you will gain knowledge from all parts of our business. From a thoroughly done introduction to our company and set-up, through real life work in different positions and taking part in actual development project and meeting the customer you will gain skills and experience to undertake large responsibility after the program.

Trainee profile

University degree
At least bachelor`s degree in the relevant field

Previous experience
We would like you to have some previous experience or that you would have participated in some international projects

Selection
We will select at least one person for the Program in each Ramirent countries
Septeber 2023
Beginning of trainee program
All the trainees in each country will start the trainee program simultaneously
September 2023- (1 month)
STEP 1: Introduction & Understanding the Business
Onboarding period where you get to know the company and all key functions from a common Ramirent Group perspective.
November 2023- (5-6 months)
STEP 2: Understanding the business operations
You will work your way through different positions in the organisations to get to know the real challenges and grow your understanding of the operational setup.
March/April 2024- (2-3 months)
STEP 3: Growing with the company
Active participation in providing solutions and improvement opportunities to grow our business and influence the future of Ramirent.
May 2024
End of trainee program
You will become a full member of Ramirent Family!
